August 2026 – Cheshire East Local Plan Scoping Consultation
Cheshire East are now seeking your views on what the new local plan for Cheshire East should contain, and how future consultation and engagement should be carried out.

Once finalised, the new local plan will set the vision for the future development of the area, include planning policies, allocate sites for development, and will form the basis for making decisions on planning applications into the 2040s.
